Lesson Pack Details
This is a 12-lesson pack. You will be issued 11 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 90 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

初回はご要望をお聞きし、相談しながら、その場でカリキュラムを作成いたします。
2回目以降はそのカリキュラムに沿ってレッスンを行ないます。
6回目で前半の振り返りを行ない、必要であれば後半のカリキュラムを変更することも可能です。
基本として週1回、全12回、3か月でひとつのカリキュラムを終えることを目標にしています。初回のご予約時に残り11回分のクーポンをお送りしますが、ご都合などにより3か月での終了が難しい場合、ご連絡をいただければ期間を延長いたしますので、お気軽にお申し付けくださいね。
また、今後の生徒様に参考していただけるよう、カリキュラムを共有させていただくことがあります。初回にご説明いたしますが、「それはちょっと…」という場合、お断りいただいてもかまいません。その際はそのカリキュラムは講師以外、誰にも見せることはありませんので、ご安心ください。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
