僕がバイリンガル・コーディネーターとして参加するのは、基本ハワイで行われる日本の番組や企業の撮影なのですが、年に数回、ハワイ、又はアメリカの番組や企業の撮影に参加する事があり、先週はハワイ某企業のコマーシャル撮影に参加してきました。

朝、現場に入ると、ロケ中（4日間）貸し切ってる移動式コーヒーワゴンが既に来ており、各自好きなコーヒーをオーダー出来ます。もちろん何杯飲んでも無料です。

家の外にある鉢植えは、美術さんが窓からの抜けをカバーするために置いたもので、プラスチックのコンテナの上に置いてあるのは、高さを確保する為です。

現場での軽食コーナー。飲み物やエナジーバーなどが常にあるので、各自都合の良いタイミングで利用出来、これももちろん無料です。

ランチは現場にケイタリング・サービス。この日はパスタ、野菜の炒め物、チキン、白米。

写真には写っていませんが、デザートに自家製チョコチップ・クッキーもありました。

陽が落ちて来ると照明部の出番です。

今後2週間ほどはロケがないので、頑張ってレッスン時間を増やしたいと思います。

ALOHA

When I work on a production job as a bilingual coordinator , It’s most likely a show or a commercial from Japan. But once in a while, I will get an offer to work on an American production job which I did last week. 

Below are some pictures from that job 

No need to bring coffee from home . We have a coffee wagon on site and anyone can order coffee for free. It’s pre-paid by production .

The greens in front of the window is part of set dressing . Notice the pots are raised . This is done so when the camera looks towards the window it will block people walking across and at the same time provide a green back ground  

Craft service is always set up with drinks and light snacks

Lunch is catered . The menu for this day was pasta , chicken , veggies, rice and chocolate chip cookies

Once the sun starts going down , Grips and Lighting come into action
