数日前、自宅でテレビを見てたら、

携帯電話からけたたましい警報音が鳴り、

画面を見るとアンバーアラートでした。

アンバーアラートとは命の危険があると思われる子供達を

少しでも早く助ける目的で作られたシステムで

１９９６年テキサスにて、見知らぬ男に連れ去られ、

４日後に殺害された当時9歳のアンバー・ヘイガーマンの死後に

立ち上げられました

個々の携帯電話、フリーウエイの電光掲示板などに

拉致、もしくは行方不明になってる子供の情報が

一斉送信されるシステムです

写真は僕のスマートフォンに送られてきたアンバーアラート。

URLをクリックすると、子供達の顔写真と名前、

連れ去った可能性のある人物。そして乗ってるであろう車の

車種、色、ナンバーが掲載されています。

２０２３年１２月末時点で1186人の子供たちがアンバーアラートによりレスキューされたそうです。

A few days ago , I was home watching TV when a jarring noise sounded from me smart phone.

I looked at the display and it was an Amber Alert. 

Amber Alert was established after Amber Hagerman, a nine year old girl in Texas was abducted and killed. 

Amber Alerts was made to save and rescue children that are abducted as soon as possible, due to the fact they are more likely to be alive the earlier they are found 

Amber Alert is send to all personal smart phones , electronic freeway signs etc
