アメリカでは州により花火の規制が異なります。
ここハワイでは、個人が打ち上げる花火や爆竹は
独立記念日（７月４日）と中国春節（２０２４年は２月１０日）
と大晦日（午後９時 ～翌元日の午前1時迄）のみ許されています。
添付した画像は、年が明けた直後の我が家の前の通りです。
ひっきりなしに花火は上がり、爆竹も鳴りまくるので、
音も凄いですが煙も凄くて、長く外にいると喉と目が痛いので
５分ほどで家に戻りました。

In the US, each state has its own fireworks law. Here in Hawaii, the only time you can purchase fireworks ( fire crackers) are New Years Eve , Independence Day , and Chinese New Year.
Attached pictures were shot from front of my house right after midnight. It was super loud and the smoke from the fireworks irritated my throat and eyes so I was only able to stay out for about 5 minutes.
