Description
ヨガは年齢も性別も、体の柔軟性も何も問いません。
ヨガの素晴らしいところは、簡単なストレッチや健康になるためにと小さなきっかけで始めたものが、次第に生活の中に溶け込んでいき、一部となっていくことが一つだと思います。
毎日行うことはありませんが、続けていくうちに習慣となり、楽しみながら健康に繋げていくことできます。
もしレッスンを受ける上で不安なことなどがあればぜひメッセージください。
何かを始める時はいつも少しの勇気が入りますが、何も不安になることはありません。
楽しくて素敵なヨガの世界に飛び込んでみましょう＾＾
ヨガマットがあればご用意ください。もしないようであれば、硬すぎない床をお選びいただけると良いと思います。
柔軟に自信のない方は、長めのフェイスタオル、またクッションなどがあればサポートに使うことができます。
部屋着で構いません。ゆっくりとリラックスできる格好でお越しください＾＾
みなさんの一歩をお手伝いさせていただけるととても嬉しいです。
