My morning routine is to drink coffee on the balcony. Do you like spending time on your balcony? I lived in Canada for 5 years, and people who live there spend a lot of time on their balconies. I love soaking up the morning sun lights. Japanese balconies are small,and it is a bit disappointing though.

As my name suggests, I love birds, so I also like watching them while drinking coffee. Among them, my favorite is Iso-hiyodori. They are beautiful blue birds with wonderful voices, and can sing quite complex songs.

Have you ever seen this bird? I took this picture.

He seems to have my apartment as his territory, and often comes to check on the place. I found myself  as his neighbor. I feel like something good will happen if we meet in the morning.

Are there bluebirds in your country? Iso-hiyodori is found all over Japan, so please try looking for them.

近所の青い鳥（イソヒヨドリ）

私の朝ルーティンはベランダでコーヒーを飲むことです。

みなさんはベランダでのんびり過ごすことはありますか？

私は5年ほどカナダに住んでいたのですが、その地域の人たちは、ベランダにソファーを置いて食事をしたり、かなりの時間を過ごしていました。

朝、日光を浴びることはとても気持ちがいいですよね。

日本のベランダは狭くてちょっと残念に思っています。

私は名前の通り、鳥が好きなのでコーヒーを飲みながら鳥を眺めるのも好きです。

その中でも一番好きなのはイソヒヨドリです。

美しい青い鳥で、鳴き声も素晴らしく、かなり複雑な歌を歌うことができます。

この鳥です。見たことはありますか？

彼はうちのアパートを縄張りにしているらしく、しょっちゅう見回りに来てくれます。

今では、近所の知り合いのように思っています。（笑）

朝会えると、なんだかいいことがある気がします。
